Well I was shocked to learn that I am one of the youngest people who ever heard of the 1976's classic The Ritz. Granted I was only two when it hit the theatres.

If you have not seen it, I should tell you to get to the store or go on Netflix and order it. It is a riot.
A little plot summary:
Famed playwright Terrence McNalley adapts his original Broadway play for the screen. A Cleveland Sanitation owner is running from his brother-in-law & goons. So he hides out in a NYC gay bath house. Zany mistaken identities ensue.
Adding more spice are five original cast members from the stage play. Jack Weston (Dirty Dancing's resort owner), Jerry Stiller (George Catanza's dad from Seinfield) & Oscar Winner, F. Murray Abraham (Amadaus) are 3 of the 5. But the 2 that really steal the show are Paul B. Price as chubby chaser Claude Perkins & Oscar Winner Rita Moreno, who won a Tony for the play, as ditsy tone deft entertainer Googie Gomez.
Trust me you'll love it.
